About FACCE

The Foundation has been established as a community open to the general public to promote friendship through education between citizens of the United States of America and those of the Peoples Republic of China through seminars, festivals, tours, lectures, study groups, public and classroom performances, exhibits and any and all other appropriate means focusing primarily, although not exclusively, on martial arts, history, art, language, performing arts and cuisine.

This foundation is organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or any corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

The foundation's Section 501(c)(3) application for tax-exempt status has been approved.
