Sifu Ben Thomas
Benjamin Thomas has been involved in martial arts training for over 24
years, and teaching for 20. He has studied a variety of different styles,
including Kempo, Taekwondo, wushu, taiji, and several types of gongfu. In
1993, he graduated from Wesleyan University and immediately opened his first
school in Glastonbury, CT. He currently owns and operates Kempokan Martial
Arts in Newington, CT.
Seminar:
Five Animal Fighting Techniques
In this seminar, we will be exploring several different ways of applying
traditional animal style movements for self-defense. Techniques from Crane,
Leopard, Tiger, Snake, and Dragon will be presented, with an emphasis on the
style of movement and the channeling of the spirit of each animal.
